Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I understand the need for occasional returns and exchanges, and request that any returns be made within 14 days of receiving your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please notify me as soon as possible if you expect the need for an exchange or return, and I will be happy to assist you. Refunds will be issued once your purchase has been received back. Please make sure to ship with tracking if you want to follow your package back to me.
I cannot accept returns for custom, personalized, or sale items.

Will you create a custom order for me?
Yes! Send me a message telling me a little about what you're dreaming of and let's create something together. See examples of some bespoke work and send me an inquiry here.

How long will it take until my order is shipped?
K Norris Jewelry is a very small business, and many pieces are handmade to order to your specifications. Once you place your order, time is required to gather materials and craft your piece before it ships. Check shipping options for delivery times.

Any additional customization (including stone setting or resizing) adds 2 weeks to production time

What length chain should I choose?
Do you use environmentally/socially responsible materials and practices?
Yes! I am always trying to learn more and striving to improve my sustainability practices. Preservation, protection, and rebuilding of the environment and community are of the highest importance. I am committed to operating as an artist and business promoting practices that are ethical and sustainable.
I use environmentally friendly practices, products, and materials when making my jewelry whenever possible (it’s usually possible!).
My jewelry packaging and mailing materials are made from recycled, recyclable, and/or up-cycled materials and I use unbranded boxes in hopes that my customers will re-use them.
All silver and gold in my jewelry is from recycled sources and I acquire my precious and semi-precious gems from vendors who have built a strong reputation for only selling stones that are ethically sourced.
Does K Norris Jewelry make any donations to community organizations or other charities?
Yes! Historically I’ve donated 5% of the purchase price of each item (not including discounts, taxes, and shipping) to non-profit organizations at the end of each year - and plan to continue this tradition. Let me know if you have a favorite organization and what they mean to you, and I may send them a gift in your honor.
